About Me
You deserve a therapist who’s real with you.

The heart behind all of the work
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with deep roots in acute care settings and a master’s degree from Columbia University. Throughout my career, one truth has remained constant: healing happens through honest connection and zero judgment. My role is to walk alongside you—collaboratively, compassionately—as we clarify your goals and move toward lasting growth.
Clients often describe me as warm, present, and grounded. I bring my lived experience, clinical training, and a healthy dose of humor into every session. My approach is practical, down-to-earth, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
My Clinical Approaches
Client-Centered Therapy
You’re the expert on your own life. I’m here to listen deeply, honor your voice, and help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
Mindfulness Therapy
Let’s slow down and get present. Together we’ll use mindfulness to create space between your thoughts and reactions—and cultivate calm in the chaos.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
We’ll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and build practical tools to help you identify and shift unhelpful patterns.
Motivational Interviewing
Change can feel hard. This approach helps you clarify what you truly want and strengthen your motivation to move in that direction, without pressure.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
We’ll focus on developing skills for managing intense emotions, enhancing relationships, and finding a balance between acceptance and change.
Solution-Focused Therapy
You don’t need to have all the answers. This brief, goal-oriented method focuses on what’s working and helps you take meaningful steps forward.
